Gender or Sexual Identities - the Complexities
* When school boards, city councils, or state legislatures consider adding Sexual Identity as a "civil right" to their non-discrimination policy, first, they must explain what exactly they are referring to. Part of the problem those arguing for Homosexual-rights, is to make more clear the ambiguity that lies within terms like: Sexual Orientation, Sexual or Gender Identity, Sexual Expression, Familial Relationships.
Second, advocates have been unable to answer what would violate their proposed policy.
